East Beach, part of the Ninigret Conservation Area, is three miles of undeveloped barrier beach between Ninigret Pond and the ocean. There are no boardwalks or snack bars here, just soft sand, dunes and room to spread out. Facilities are basic and the small lot fills early on summer days, so pack what you need and go early.
